The basis for a successful logistics project is the logistics planning. Generally the logistics planning can be divided into the following steps:

Data Gathering and Analysis
During the step of data collection and analysis fablog collects all relevant data for the project which are then codified to form the basis for the following steps.

System Planning
During the system planning phase generally possible technical system variants are determined and dimensioned using the basic planning data from the first project step. At the end of the system planning fablog presents all options incl. their evaluations and the orderer decides which option shall be realized.

Detailed Planning
In this step fablog plans the chosen option in detail. The detailed planning contains: building and construction planning, business process planning, economical calculation and IT-system planning.

Tendering and Placing
The results of the detailed planning are collected in one or more blueprints and submitted as tendering documents. And fablog determines the requirements to the potential tenderers. Then fablog will invite and evaluate offers. As a result we will present a recommendation for the order placing.
