LOGIS WMS for Logistics Center

    Fablog has brought the advanced logistics management experience and logistics software into China since made the planning of a logistics center for FAW-Johnson Controls in the year of 2003. Fablog provided a complete logistics solution, implemented the planning successfully with Fablog's mature software- RF version of the warehouse management software, and so called LOGIS WMS. As for this project. Fablog planned the incoming process for the container in the container yard (CY). Picking parts from the container to the outbound zone, as well as the parts inbound to the warehouse. Fablog planned the warehouse function area, material flow and the process including to-bin transport, picking process, JIT and JIS service according to the production line requirements. Fablog made the interface between LOGIS WMS and SAP system to ensure the online data-exchange communication. The equipments such as RF-terminal in the warehouse were managed by LOGIS WMS.

    System provides several languages to switch immediately in order to use conveniently in the transnational corporation. Fablog instructed the International Logistics Centre (ILC) employees a systematic training, and provided detailed user's documentation.

    The ILC started running in the middle of 2003, and obtained the German VDA certification. Fablog acquired the 2005 China Logistics Recommended 100 Annual Crop “Excellent Logistics Software Enterprise?Status with this project.
